Tokenomics
Sulge (SUG) is the native utility token in Sulge Ecosystem, it will be used to pay for the transaction fees and synthetic issuance services on SugSwap. It will enable stakeholders to take part in the decision making process regarding the platform (e.g. vote on the creation of new markets or the usage of exchange fees).

Token Distribution
1: SALES
There will be three types of sale that will be conducted, 15% of the total token supply will be made available for sales.
1: Seed Sale ( 0.05% will be available during private sale) @ price is 720 SUG per BNB.
2: Presale (0.1% will be available during presale) @ price is 576 SUG per BNB.
3: Ido (2.05% will be available during Ido) @ price is 576 SUG per BNB.
Sales Budget Allocation
12% will be used for further development of the platform, SugMiner, SugSwap, etc, according to the roadmap.
18% will be used for Marketing and Partnerships.
70% will be used to provide liquidity on exchanges, vesting through 24 months period. Unlocks to be decided by DAO Governance through voting.
5% will be used for legal.
5% Operations, non-tech staff salaries and other running costs.
2: SULGE FOUNDATION
Twenty five percent (25%) of total supply will be allocated to Sulge foundation, it will be used for the overall running of the ecosystem including all the products like Lending platform, SugSwap etc. It will also be used for future partnerships and continues development and improvement of the ecosystem. The token allocation will be locked for a period of two years, 50% will be release after one year and remaining will be release after another one year.
3: MINING ALLOCATION
Sixty six percent (59%) of total supply will be available for mining on SugMiner and SugSwap over a period of Ten (10) years. To incentivize early adopters initial rewards per block will be at it's highest and will halve as miners increases. The first halving will occur when miners reaches 10,000, second @ 100,000, third @ 1,000,000 and fourth @ 10,000,000.
4: TEAM Token
Five point eight (5.8) Percent of token will be allocated to the team, 40% of team token will be minted after one year. And 10% will be minted every four months.
